English translation
The Environmental Public Prosecution shall undertake investigation, disposition and prosecution in all crimes arising from the application of the provisions of this Law and its implementing regulations and decisions. Within two years from the date this Law comes into force, one or more divisions shall be established at the Court of First Instance with jurisdiction to hear environmental crimes and disputes.

تتــولي النيابــة العامــة للبيئــة التحقيــق والــتصرف والادعــاء في جميــع الجرائــم الناشــئة عــن
تطبيــق أحــكام هــذا القانــون واللوائــح والقــرارات المنفــذة لــه .
وتنشــأ خلال ســنتين مــن تاريــخ العمــل بهــذا القانــون بالمحكمــة الكليــة دائــرة أو أكثــر
