English translation
The employees charged with implementing the provisions of this Law and its implementing regulations and decisions, referred to in the preceding Article of this Law, shall take an oath before the Director General or whomever the Supreme Council delegates, in accordance with the following oath: “I swear by Almighty God to perform my work faithfully, sincerely, with integrity and honour, and not to disclose any work secret of which I become aware by virtue of my office, even after leaving work.”

يقــوم الموظفــون المكلفــون بتنفيــذ أحــكام هــذا القانــون واللوائــح والقــرارات المنفــذة لــه
المشــار إليهــم في المادة الســابقة مــن هــذا القانــون بحلــف اليــمين أمــام المديــر العــام أو مــن
يفوضــه المجلــس الأعلى وذلــك وفقــا للقســم التــالي: )) أقســم بــالله العظيــم أن أؤدي
عــملي بأمانــة وإخلاص ونزاهــة وشرف وألا أفشي سرا مــن أسرار العمــل اطلعــت عليــه
