Article 52 of Environmental Protection Law

All establishments shall, in carrying out their activities, ensure that no air pollutants are emitted or leaked beyond the permissible limits specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law. The person in charge of the establishment must use appropriate means for continuous monitoring of gas emission rates from the various sources within the establishment and notify the Authority immediately upon their exceeding the maximum permissible limits. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the establishments to which the provision of this paragraph applies.
