English translation
The Authority shall establish, develop and update a national network for the continuous monitoring and surveillance of air quality in the State of Kuwait. Government and private entities shall also establish air quality monitoring and surveillance systems within the scope of their work and activities and link them to the Authority in the manner specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.
