English translation
The competent authorities shall preserve drinking water in the internal networks of government facilities and buildings, such as schools, hospitals, authorities and others, and monitor it through documented periodic testing. All private entities shall also ensure water quality within their facilities. The Executive Regulations of this Law shall specify the conditions and standards to be observed to achieve this.

تلتزم الجهات المختصة بالمحافظة علي مياه الشرب في الشبكات الداخلية للمنشآت
الحكومية والمباني كالمدارس والمستشفيات والهيئات وغيرها ومراقبتها بالفحص
الدوري الموثق ، كما تلتزم كافة الجهات الخاصة بضمان جودة المياه في نطاق منشآتها
، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الشروط والمعايير الواجب مراعاتها لتحقيق
