English translation
The extraction of rocks and gravel, removal of beach sand, filling of shores, or construction of jetties, breakwaters, concrete and rock walls or other structures is prohibited except after obtaining the approval of the Authority and the concerned bodies and complying with all requirements and standards specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.

يحظر قلع الصخور والحصى وإزالة الرمال الشاطئية أو ردم الشواطيء أو بناء المسنات
أو كاسرات الأمواج والحوائط الأسمنتية والصخرية أو غيرها إلا بعد موافقة الهيئة
والجهات المعنية والإلتزام بكافة الإشتراطات والمعايير التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية
