English translation
The limitation period for the criminal action in respect of crimes committed by the Minister shall be calculated from the date of leaving office. Where there are multiple accused persons, calculation of the period for any one of them shall not begin until the others leave their offices.

يكون حساب مدة سقوط الدعوى الجزائية عن الجرائم التي يرتكبها الوزير
من تاريخ ترك الوظيفة، وفي حالة تعدد المتهمين، لا يبدأ حساب المدة بالنسبة
