A minister shall be punished by the penalties prescribed by law if, in performing the duties of his office, he commits an offence Kh among the following offences: a- Offences against the external and internal security of the State and offences relating to the duties of public office provided for in Law No. 31/1970. b- Offences by employees and persons entrusted with a public service provided for in the Penal Code. c- Offences provided for in Election Law No. 35 of 1962. d- Offences relating to the administration of justice or influencing it provided for in the Penal Code. e- Offences provided for in the Public Funds Protection Law No. 1 of 1993. f- Offences provided for in Decree-Law No. 2 of 2016 establishing the Public Anti-Corruption Authority and the provisions concerning disclosure of financial assets. g- Offences provided for in Law No. 106 of 2013 concerning combating money laundering and terrorist financing. )2(

يعاقــب الوزيــر بالعقوبــات المقــررة قانوًنــا، إذا ارتكــب في تأديــة أعمال وظيفتــه جريمة
خ
مــن الجرائــم الآتية:
أ- جرائــم أمــن الدولــة الخارجــي والــداخلي والجرائــم المتعلقــة بواجبــات الوظيفــة
العامــة المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم 31/ 1970.
ب- جرائم الموظفين والمكلفين بخدمة عامة المنصوص عليها في قانون الجزاء.
ج- الجرائم المنصوص عليها في قانون الانتخاب رقم 35 لسنة 1962.
د- الجرائم المتعلقة بسير العدالة أو التأثير عليها المنصوص عليها في قانون الجزاء.
هـ- الجرائم المنصوص عليها في قانون حماية الأموال العامة رقم 1 لسنة 1993.
و- الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في المرســوم بالقانــون رقــم 2 لســنة 2016 بإنشــاء الهيئة
العامــة لمكافحــة الفســاد والأحــكام الخاصــة بالكشــف عــن الذمــة المالية.
ز- الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم 106 لســنة 2013 بشــأن مكافحــة
