Article 86 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The Minister shall issue the Executive Regulations and the decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this Law, after consultation with the relevant professional public-benefit associations, within one year from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. The decisions in effect shall continue to apply insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of this Law, until amended or repealed. All licences granted and issued before the publication of this Law shall remain in effect until their terms expire, unless revoked for other reasons.
