Article 85 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

As of the date on which this Law enters into force, the following laws shall be repealed: 1 - Decree-Law No. (25) of 1981 concerning the practice of human medicine, dentistry and their auxiliary professions, and its amendments, wherever its application is provided for in other laws 2 - Law No. (49) of 1960 concerning treatment institutions -3 - Law No. (38) of 2002 regulating advertisements for health-related materials. Any provision of any other law that may conflict with the provisions of this Law shall also be repealed, without prejudice to any more severe penalty in any other law.
