English translation
All fees, fines and financial penalties prescribed under this Law shall be remitted to the account of the Public Treasury. In all cases, fees shall be paid in advance and shall not be refunded, irrespective of the application in respect of which they are due.

يتم توريد كافة الرسوم والغرامات والجزاءات المالية المقررة بموجب هذا
القانون لحساب الخزانة العامة، وفي جميع الأحوال تدفع الرسوم مقدمة ولا تـرد
