Article 81 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The Minister may establish a schedule of the upper or lower ceiling, or both, for the financial consideration that licensees are permitted to charge for the services they provide in practising the professions stipulated in this Law. These fees shall be determined by any method Law Index Home Page Law on the Practice of the Medical Profession and Allied Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 concerning the Practice of the Medical Profession and its Allied Professions, Patients’ Rights and Health Facilities that the Ministry deems appropriate in accordance with the requirements of the public interest, after seeking the opinion and recommendations of the relevant governmental and non-governmental bodies.
