English translation
All actions arising from violation of the provisions of this Law shall lapse by some three years from the date of the medical act or violating procedure. The general rules prescribed regarding the lapse of criminal proceedings and criminal penalties in the Penal Code and its amendments shall apply to the offences and penalties provided for in this Law.

تسقط كافة الدعاوى الناتجة عن مخالفة أحكام هذا القانون بعضي ثلاث سنوات
من تاريخ العمل الطبي أو الإجراء المخالف. وتسري على الجرائم والعقوبات
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون القواعد العامة المقررة بشأن سقوط الدعوى
