All offences provided for in this Law ) Regulation ( shall be considered similar for cases of recidivism ) repetition ). The penalty prescribed for the offences shall be doubled in the event of recidivism ) repetition (, with closure of the shop or place in which the offence occurred for a period not exceeding one year. Anyone who commits a similar offence within five years from the date of issuance of the previous final judgment on the evidence shall be considered a recidivist.
