Article 7 of Anti-Commercial Fraud Law

Judicial enforcement officers shall have the right to enter commercial premises, all places not intended for habitation, warehouses and factories at any time to inspect and examine records and books, seize suspected goods or place them under precautionary custody with the supplier and under his responsibility, and take samples thereof for examination and analysis. The implementing regulations shall specify the examination procedures and the time periods necessary therefor.
