Article 9 of Anti-Commercial Fraud Law

By a reasoned decision of the Minister or his delegate, in cases of necessity or urgency where strong indications exist that the supplier possesses adulterated or spoiled goods, the shop or place where the offence occurred may be closed, provided that the matter is submitted to the court within (10) working days from the date of issuance of the decision, for confirmation or cancellation of the closure; otherwise, the decision shall be deemed never to have existed.
