Article 11 of Anti-Commercial Fraud Law

Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (3), (4), (6) and items (A - B) of Article (8) of this Law (Regulation) shall be punished by detention (imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine of not less than (5000) five thousand Saudi riyals or their equivalent in the currencies of the Council States, and not exceeding (1000,000) one million Saudi riyals or their equivalent in the currencies of the Council States, or by either of these two penalties.
