English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by any other law, the crimes specified in this Law (Regulation) shall be punished by the penalties prescribed therein.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها أي قانون آخر يعاقب على الجرائم
