Article 18 of Anti-Corruption Law

The Authority shall have an attached budget within the State's general budget, and its preparation shall follow the rules and procedures governing the State's general budget. The Authority's financial year shall begin on the first of April of each year and end on the thirty-first of March of the following year. The Authority shall prepare its draft budget and send it within the statutory time limit to the Ministry of Finance. If a disagreement arises or the Ministry of Finance objects to the Authority's estimates and the Authority does not agree to these objections, the Minister of Finance shall refer the disagreement to the Council of Ministers to take such action as it deems appropriate.
