English translation
With due regard for the inviolability of private life and the honour and dignity of persons, every person who learns of the commission of a corruption offence shall report it to the Authority or the competent entity, providing any information he possesses concerning it, so that it may examine it to ascertain its seriousness and take legal measures in respect thereof. The Authority shall, in coordination with the competent entities, undertake verification of the corruption offences stipulated in this Law whenever they come to its knowledge by any means.

مع مراعاة حرمة الحياة الخاصة وشرف وكرامة الأشخاص ، على كل شخص علم
بوقوع جريمة من جرائم الفساد الإبلاغ عنها لدى الهيئة أو الجهة المختصة مع تقديم
ما لديه من معلومات حولها لتتولى دراستها للتأكد من جديتها واتخاذ الإجراءات
القانونية بشأنها.
وتباشر الهيئة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة التحقق من جرائم الفساد المنصوص
