The following offences shall be considered corruption offences within the scope of application of this Law: 1- Offences against public funds provided for in Law No. 1 of 1993 concerning the protection of public funds. 2- Offences of bribery and abuse of influence provided for in Law No. 31 of 1970 amending certain provisions of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960. 3- Offences provided for in Law No. 106 of 2013 concerning combating money laundering and terrorist financing. 4- Forgery and counterfeiting offences provided for in Law No. 16 of 1960 promulgating the Penal Code. 5- Offences relating to the administration of justice provided for in Law No. 16 of 1960 promulgating the Penal Code. 6- The offence of illicit enrichment provided for in this Law. 7- Customs evasion offences provided for in Law No. 10 of 2003 concerning the promulgation of the Unified Customs Law of the States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf. 8- Tax evasion offences provided for in Decree No. 3 of 1955 concerning Kuwaiti income tax. 9- Offences of obstructing the Authority's work, exerting pressure upon it to impede the performance of its duties, interfering with its competences or refusing to provide it with the required information, as provided for in this Law. 10- Offences provided for in Law No. 10 of 2007 concerning the protection of competition. 11- Offences provided for in Law No. 25 of 1996 concerning disclosure of commissions offered in contracts concluded by the State. 12- Any other offences provided for by another law as corruption offences. 13- Offences provided for in Decree-Law No. )24( of 1979 concerning cooperative societies.

تعتبر جرائم فساد في نطاق تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون الجرائم التالية :
١ - جرائــم الاعتــداء على الأمــوال العامــة المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم ١ لســنة
١٩٩3 بشــأن حمايــة الأمــوال العامــة .
2 - جرائــم الرشــوة واســتغلال النفــوذ المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم 3١ لســنة
١٩7٠ بتعديــل بعــض أحــكام قانــون الجــزاء رقــم ١6 لســنة ١٩6٠ .
3 - الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم ١٠6 لســنة 2٠١3 في شــأن مكافحــة
غســل الأمــوال وتمويــل الإرهــاب .
4 - جرائــم التزويــر والتزييــف المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم ١6 لســنة ١٩6٠
بإصــدار قانــون الجــزاء .
5 - الجرائــم المتعلقــة بــسير العدالــة المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم ١6 لســنة ١٩6٠
بإصــدار قانــون الجــزاء .
6 - جريمة الكسب الغير مشروع المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون .
7 - جرائــم التهــرب الجمركــي المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم ١٠ لســنة 2٠٠3
بشــأن إصــدار قانــون الجمارك الموحــد لــدول مجلــس التعــاون لــدول الخليــج العربيــة .
٨ - جرائــم التهــرب الضريبــي المنصـــوص عليهــا فـــي المرســوم رقــم 3 لســنة ١٩55 في
شــأن ضريبــة الدخــل الكويتيــة .
٩ - جرائــم إعاقــة عمــل اليئــة أو الضغــط عليهــا لعرقلــة أدائهــا لواجباتهــا أو التدخــل
في اختصاصاتهــا أو الامتنــاع عــن تزويدهــا بالمعلومــات المطلوبــة والمنصــوص عليهــا في
هــذا القانــون .
١٠ - الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في القانون رقم ١٠ لســنة 2٠٠7 في شــأن حماية المنافســة
١١- الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في القانــون رقــم 25 لســنة ١٩٩6 في شــأن الكشــف عن
العمــولات التــي تقــدم في العقــود التــي تبرمهــا الدولة.
١2 - أي جرائم أخرى ينص عليها قانون آخر باعتبارها جرائم فساد .
١3- الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا في المرســوم بقانــون رقــم لســنة ١٩7٩ في شــأن
