English translation
The rules provided for in the laws in force shall apply to apprehension, investigation, and trial procedures in corruption offences. If the person to whom the corruption offence is attributed is one of the persons for whom the Constitution or the law requires a special procedure for investigation or judicial prosecution, that procedure shall be followed in respect of him.

تطبــق بشــأن إجــراءات الضبــط والتحقيــق والمحاكمــة في جرائــم الفســاد القواعــد
المنصــوص عليهــا في القــوانين المعمــول بهــا . وإذا كان مــن نســب إليــه جريمــة الفســاد
أحــد الأشــخاص الذيــن يســتوجب الدســتور أو القانــون إجــراء خاصــا للتحقيــق معــه
