English translation
The Board of Trustees shall issue a reasoned decision, by a majority of its members, to close the report submitted to the Authority if it finds that the conditions for its submission have not been fulfilled; otherwise, it shall refer it to the competent investigating authority. يصــدر مجلــس الامنــاء قــرارا مســببا بأغلبيــة أعضائــه بحفــظ الــبلاغ المقــدم إلى الهيئــة إذا
تــبين لــه عــدم اســتيفاء شروط تقديمــه، وإلا أحالــه لجهــة التحقيــق المختصــة.
ولا يجــوز قــرار الحفــظ حجيــة في مواجهــة تلك الجهة بشــأن مــا ترى اتخاذه مــن إجراءات
