Article 32 of Anti-Corruption Law

All persons subject to the provisions of this Part must submit the declaration after issuance of the Executive Regulations in accordance with the following time limits: 1 - Initial declaration: A - Within six months for a person in service at the time of issuance of the Executive Regulations of this Law. B - Within sixty days from the date of assuming office. 2 - Updating the declaration within sixty days from the end of every four years, for as long as the person continues to hold any of the offices subject to the provisions of this Part. 3 - Final declaration: within ninety days from the date of leaving office. )3(
