English translation
Subject to the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. )20( of 2014, a person subject to this Law may deposit his financial disclosure declaration and any other papers requested by the Authority in the form of an electronic document accompanied by his certified electronic signature, by any modern electronic means of communication capable of storage and retrieval, in accordance with the rules and controls specified by the Executive Regulations of this Law.

ذمتــه الماليــة وأيــة أوراق أخــرى تطلبهــا اليئــة على شــكل مســتند إلــكتروني مصحوبــا
بتوقيعــه الإلــكتروني المعتمــد، وذلــك بأية وســيلة اتصــال إلكترونيــة حديثة قابلــة للحفظ
