English translation
After obtaining permission from the Public Prosecution, the Authority may require any person—even if not subject to the provisions of this Law—to submit a financial disclosure declaration whenever there are indications that he has obtained a substantial benefit from a corruption offence. The person shall submit the required declaration within ninety days of being required to do so.

للهيئــة بعــد أخــذ إذن النيابــة العامــة أن تكلــف أي شــخص - وإن لم يكــن خاضعــا
لأحــكام هــذا القانــون بتقديــم إقــرار بذمتــه الماليــة متــى توافــرت في حقــه دلائــل على
تحقيقــه لفائــدة جديــة مــن جريمــة فســاد، ويلتــزم الشــخص
