English translation
Reporting corruption offences is a duty incumbent on every person. The informant's liberty, security and tranquillity are guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of this Law or any other law providing other safeguards in this regard. The informant may not be harmed in any manner whatsoever because of reporting these offences.

الابلاغ عن جرائم الفساد واجب على كل شخص ، وحرية المبلغ وأمنه وسكينته
مكفولة وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون أو أي قانون آخر يقرر ضمانات أخرى في هذا
