Article 35 of Anti-Corruption Law

The examination committees shall prepare a report on every person subject to the provisions of this Part who is likely to have an increase in his financial assets resulting from illicit gain, after hearing his statements. This report shall be referred to the Authority for transmission to the Public Prosecution to take such action as it considers appropriate concerning it. The Implementing Regulations shall regulate the time periods for preparing and referring reports.
