Where there is suspicion of an illicit enrichment offence, the Authority may confidentially request from individuals or governmental or private entities inside and outside Kuwait such data, explanations, and papers as it deems necessary. The Public Prosecutor, or the person acting in his place, may, upon the Authority's request, directly order access to or the obtaining of any data or information relating to accounts, deposits, or safe-deposit boxes at banks and financial institutions if uncovering the truth in any of the offences provided for in this Law so requires. )1(

للهيئــة في حالــة وجــود شــبهة جريمــة كســب غير مشروع ، أن تطلــب بشــكل سري
مــن الأفــراد أو الجهــات الحكوميــة أو الخاصــة داخــل الكويــت وخارجهــا البيانــات
والإيضاحــات والأوراق التــي تــرى لزومهــا . وللنائــب العــام أو مــن يقــوم مقامــه ، بنــاء
على طلــب الهيئــة أن يأمــر مبــاشرًة بــالاطلاع أو الحصــول على أيــة بيانــات أو معلومــات
تتعلــق بالحســابات أو الودائــع أو الخزائــن لــدى البنــوك والمؤسســات الماليــة إذا اقــتضى
