English translation
Law No. 74 of 1983 concerning the Control of Narcotic Drugs and the Regulation of Their Use and Trade, and Decree-Law No. 48 of 1987 concerning the Control of Psychotropic Substances and the Regulation of Their Use and Trade, are repealed. Every provision contrary to the provisions of this Decree-Law is also repealed.

يلغى القانون رقم ٧٤ لسنة ١٩٨٣ بشأن مكافحة المخدرات وتنظيم استعمالها
والاتجار فيها، والمرسوم بقانون رقم ٤٨ لسنة ١٩٨٧ في شأن مكافحة المؤثرات
العقلية وتنظيم استعمالها والإتجار فيها.
كما يُلغى كل حكم يُخالف أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون.Ask about this article
