A shell bank may not be licensed or permitted to conduct its business within the State of Kuwait. Financial institutions shall refrain from entering into or continuing correspondent relationships or business relationships with shell banks or with a correspondent financial institution in a foreign country that permits its accounts to be used by a shell bank.

لا يجوز الترخيص لبنك صوري أو السماح له بمزاولة أعماله داخل دولة الكويت
وتمتنع المؤسسات المالية عن الدخول أو الاستمرار في علاقات مراسلة أو علاقات
