The beneficiary shall, within a period not exceeding five working days from the acquisition of the interest, send a certified statement signed by him to the Authority, the exchange on which the securities are traded, and the issuer of the securities. The statement shall contain the information specified by the instructions and rules issued by the Authority. Joint-stock companies listed on the exchange shall also disclose the names of their shareholders whose holdings represent 5% or more of their capital, or any change occurring in that percentage. The instructions and rules issued by the Authority shall specify the procedures and timing of disclosure.

المصلحة - إرسال بيان معتمد وموقع منه إلى الهيئة والبورصة التي يتم تداول
الأوراق المالية فيها والجهة المصدرة للأوراق المالية، على أن يحتوي البيان على
المعلومات التي تحددها التعليمات والقواعد التي تصدرها الهيئة.
كما يجب على الشركات المساهمة المدرجة في البورصة أن تفصح عن أسماء مساهميها
الذين تمثل نسبة مساهمتهم %٥ أو أكثر من رأس مالها أو أي تغيير يطرأ على هذه
