English translation
The Authority and the exchange on which the securities are traded must be notified of any change in the interest subject to disclosure exceeding one-half of one percent of the issuing entity's capital, within a period not exceeding ten working days from the date of the change. This notification shall remain mandatory where the change causes the interest to fall below five percent of the capital.

يجب إبلاغ الهيئة والبورصة التي يتم تداول الأوراق المالية فيها بأي تغيير يطرأ
على المصلحة - محل الإفصاح - يتجاوز نصف الواحد بالمئة من رأس مال الجهة
المصدرة، وذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز عشرة أيام عمل من تاريخ التغيير. ويبقى
هذا التبليغ واجباً عندما يؤدي التغيير إلى انخفاض المصلحة عن خمسة بالمئة مـن
