Every listed joint-stock company must maintain a special register of disclosures by members of boards of directors, executive management and managers, containing all the data and information prescribed by the Authority. It shall also contain all data relating to remuneration, salaries, incentives and other Law Index 1364 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 Concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activities financial benefits, and these shall be included in the general assembly reports. Interested parties shall have the right to inspect this register during normal working hours.

يجب على كل شركة مساهمة مدرجة أن تحتفظ بسجل خاص بإفصاح أعضاء مجالس
الإدارات والإدارة التنفيذية والمدراء يحتوي على كل البيانات والمعلومات التي تقررها
الهيئة، كما يحتوي على كل البيانات المتعلقة بالمكافآت والرواتب والحوافز وغيرها
من المزايا المالية الأخرى وتضمن فى تقارير الجمعية العمومية، ويكون من حق
