Article 3 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Authority aims at the following:- 1 - Regulating securities activity in a manner characterized by fairness, competitiveness, and transparency. 2 - Developing capital markets and diversifying and developing their investment instruments, while striving to conform to international best practices. - Providing protection for participants in securities activity. 4 - Reducing the systemic risks expected to occur in securities activity. h - Implementing a policy of full disclosure that achieves fairness and transparency and prevents conflicts of interest and exploitation of inside information. 6 - Working to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to securities activity.
