The Authority shall be managed by a board called the Commissioners of the Capital Markets Authority, consisting of five full-time commissioners whose appointment shall be made by decree upon nomination by the competent Minister. The decree shall designate from among the members a chairman and a vice-chairman.

يتولى إدارة الهيئة مجلس يسمى مفوضي هيئة أسواق المال يتكون من خمسة مفوضين
متفرغين يصدر بتسميتهم مرسوم بناء على ترشيح الوزير المختص.
