Article 8 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Chairman shall represent the Authority before third parties and before the judiciary. He shall perform the work of the executive director and implement the Authority's decisions. He shall also supervise all its subordinate technical and administrative bodies, and exercise his powers in accordance with the laws, regulations, and decisions approved by the Board of Commissioners.
