The salaries and remuneration of the President, his deputy and the remaining Commissioners, and any allowances or benefits paid from the Authority's funds, shall be determined by decree, upon the proposal of the competent Minister and the approval of the Council of Ministers.

يحــدد بمرســوم مرتبــات ومكافــآت الرئيــس ونائبــه وباقــى المفــوضين وأى بــدلات أو
مزايــا تصرف مــن أمــوال الهيئــة. وذلــك بنــاء على اقتراح الوزيــر المختــص وموافقة مجلس
