If the Chairman is absent or his office becomes vacant, and the Vice-Chairman is unable to perform his duties for any reason whatsoever, the Board shall meet within two weeks and designate a person to act as Chairman of the Board.

إذ غاب الرئيس أو شغر منصبه، ولم يكن نائب الرئيس قادرا على أداء مهامه لأي
سبب كان، فإن على المجلس أن يجتمع خلال أسبوعين ويكلف من يقوم بأعمال
