English translation
A commissioner must be a Kuwaiti natural person of integrity, possessing experience or specialisation in fields related to the Authority works, and must not have been the subject of a final judgment declaring bankruptcy or imposing a custodial penalty for a felony or an offence involving dishonour or breach of trust.

يشترط في المفوض أن يكون شخصا طبيعيا كويتيا من ذوى النزاهة، ومن أصحاب
الخبرة أو التخصص فى المجالات ذات الصلة يعمل الهيئة وألا يكون قد صدر ضده
حكم نهائي يشهر الإفلاس أو بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية فى جناية أو جريمة مخلة بالشرف
