The Authority may issue instructions determining the types of private networks and the guidelines and technical conditions for their establishment and operation. The Authority may require its approval for the establishment of certain types of such networks as necessity requires, after obtaining approvals from the Ministry of Health and other entities responsible for the safety of residential areas, where there are towers in these networks.

يجوز للهيئة أن تصدر تعليمات تحدد بمقتضاها أنواع الشبكات
الخاصة والإرشادات والشروط الفنية لإنشائها وتشغيلها ويجوز للهيئة أن تشترط
موافقتها على إنشاء بعض أنواع تلك الشبكات حسبما تقتضي الضرورة، بعد الحصول
على موافقات من وزارة الصحة وغيرها من الجهات المسئولة عن سلامة المناطق
