English translation
Passports issued before this Law came into force, as well as passports issued during the two-year period mentioned in the preceding article to persons not holding the nationality certificate provided for in Article 19, shall become cancelled immediately upon expiry of the said period.

جــوازات الســفر الصــادرة قبــل العمل بهــذا القانــون, وكذلك الجــوازات التــي تصدر
في خلال مــدة الســنتين المذكــورتين في المادة الســابقة لمــن لا يحمــل شــهادة الجنســية
