English translation
The Kuwaiti nationality certificate shall be withdrawn if it becomes apparent that it was granted without entitlement on the basis of fraud, false statements or incorrect certificates. Withdrawal shall be by a decision of the Council of Ministers upon the submission of the Minister of Interior, and accordingly Kuwaiti nationality should be withdrawn from anyone who acquired it derivatively through the holder of that certificate.

تســحب شــهادة الجنســية الكويتيــة اذا تــبين انهــا اعطيــت بــغير حــق بنــاء على غــش أو
اقــوال كاذبــة أو شــهادات غير صحيحــة، ويكــون الســحب بقــرار من مجلــس الوزراء
بنــاء على عــرض وزيــر الداخليــة، وينبغــي على ذلــك ســحب الجنســية الكويتيــة مــن
