The burden of proof rests upon the person claiming that he possesses Kuwaiti nationality. Modern scientific means may be used in the granting, withdrawal or loss of nationality, in accordance with the principles and controls issued by a decision of the Minister of Interior.

عبء الاثبات يقع على من يدعي انه يتمتع بالجنسية الكويتية .
ويجــوز اســتخدام الوســائل العلميــة الحديثــة في منــح أو ســحب أو فقــد الجنســية،
