English translation
A disciplinary committee formed by a decision of the Minister, chaired by a counsellor of the Court of Appeal and comprising a judge of the Court of First Instance and the Director of the Department, shall have competence to discipline the private notary. The Executive Regulations shall specify the committee's working arrangements and procedures. The sanctions that the committee may impose are: a - Censure or warning. b - Suspension from work for a period not exceeding 1 year. c - Removal of the name from the register and revocation of the licence.

يختص بتأديب الموثق الأهلي لجنة تأديب تشكل بقرار من الوزير برئاسة أحد
مستشاري محكمة الاستئناف وعضوية أحد قضاة المحكمة الكلية ، ومدير الإدارة
، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية نظام عمل اللجنة وإجراءاتها . والجزاءات التي يجوز
للجنة توقيعها هي :
أ - اللوم أو الإنذار.
ب – الوقف عن العمل مدة لا تجاوز سنة .
