English translation
A committee shall be formed by a decision of the Minister, chaired by the Undersecretary of the Ministry and comprising the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Notarization Affairs and the Director of the Department examining applications submitted by individuals or professional companies for authorization to practise the activities specified in this Law. It shall present the results of its examination to the Minister, and the decision forming the committee shall determine its working rules.
