English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law, anyone who engages in any of the activities set out in this Law without being licensed or authorized to do so shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than two thousand dinars and not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر، يعاقب بالحبس مدة
لا تزيد على سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألفي دينار ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف دينار أو
بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من يزاول أي عمل من الأعمال الواردة في هذا القانون
