English translation
Except for commercial agencies and agencies exempted by a decision of the Minister of Justice, notarization of the agency shall be for a period of five years, unless a shorter period is agreed upon or the agency terminates for any reason. The notarization of the agency must include its expiry date, and expiry of the notarization period shall have no effect on the validity of the agency between its parties.

فــيما عــدا الــوكالات التجاريــة، والــوكالات المســتثناة بقــرار مــن وزيــر العــدل، يكــون
توثيــق الوكالــة لمــدة خمــس ســنوات، مــا لم يتــم الاتفــاق على مــدة أقصر، أو انتهــاء الوكالــة
لأي ســبب.
ويجــب أن يتضمــن توثيــق الوكالــة تاريــخ انتهائــه، ولا يترتــب على انتهــاء مــدة التوثيــق
