English translation
Anyone who fails to report incidents of domestic violence which he witnessed or learned of and which occur against children or persons lacking or having diminished legal capacity shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding two hundred dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب من تخلف عن التبليغ عن وقائع العنف الأسري التي شهدها أو علم
بها والتي تقع على الأطفال أو فاقدي الأهلية أو ناقصيها بالحبس مدة لا تزيد
