English translation
The victim may request the issuance of an order enabling the victim, or a person acting on their behalf, to collect their personal belongings and enter their place of residence to collect them. This request shall be submitted to the competent court and heard before the judge of urgent matters. The competent investigating authority may issue an order to that effect in a complaint pending before it, at the victim's request. Collection of the personal belongings or entry into the victim's place of residence to collect them shall take place accompanied by a police force and a judicial officer, provided that a record thereof is drawn up at the competent police station. The Executive Regulations shall specify the provisions and controls relating to this Article.

يجوز للمعتدى عليه طلب إصدار أمر بتمكينه، أو من ينوب عنه، من تسلم
أغراضه الشخصية والدخول إلى محل إقامته لتسلمها، ويُقدم هذا الطلب إلى
المحكمة المختصة وينظر فيه أمام قاضي الأمور المستعجلة.
ويجوز لجهة التحقيق المختصة إصدار أمر بذلك في شكوى منظورة لديها بناء
على طلب من المعتدى عليه .
ويكون تسلم الأغراض الشخصية أو دخول محل إقامة المعتدى عليه لتسلمها
بمرافقة قوة الشرطة وأحد الضباط القضائيين على أن يحرر محضر بذلك لدى
مركز الشرطة المختص.
